Tim Garrity
Tim Garrity is the Founder of The Tim Garrity Team, as well as an Associate Broker at Real. He helps clients achieve their goals, and he helps agents exceed their potential.
He has decades of experience in the mortgage, new-construction, and real estate sectors, and has helped form an independent brokerage, title insurance company, and development team during his real estate career. Tim also holds both BS and MBA degrees from La Salle University.
He grew up in Suburban Philadelphia, lived in the City of Philadelphia for 20+ years, and currently resides in Flourtown with his family. While Tim’s expertise centers around Philadelphia and Suburban Philadelphia, he also has extensive knowledge of the South Jersey Suburbs and Shore.
Tim’s passion is to advise and help his network, as well as his Bricks & Risk podcast listeners, by utilizing and demonstrating his entrepreneurial business skills and boots-on-the-ground experience as a real estate expert.
